Good Luck for Tuesday!


Here's an interesting piece of info I learnt this week. After the discovery of the Gunpowder plot, James I had a commemorative coin made in 1605...and look what it shows: a serpent and flowers! Interesting bit of context

you may be able to incorporate into your responses on Tuesday. Shakespeare's audience would certainly have understood Lady Macbeth's allusion when she says: 'Look like the innocent flower / But be the serpent under't'
